All pickups, drop-offs, consultations and transfers are scheduled in advance. Ironcrest Arms operates out of an industrial facility and is not a walk-in retail shop. Book on the schedule page.

Virginia sales tax of 6% applies to all applicable purchases — we are in the Central Virginia transportation district. Agencies and government entities with tax-exempt status must provide documentation before purchase.
Service work

Firearms left beyond the 30-day pickup window without contact from the owner incur storage charges. Items unclaimed for an extended period may be disposed of in accordance with Virginia law.
Transfers, NFA and cancellations
We are not currently accepting FFL or private-sale transfers without prior notice. Shipments arriving without approval are subject to a surcharge or may be returned to sender.
All firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer, no exceptions. Your receiving dealer sends a copy of their licence to [email protected] with your name and order number before we ship. See the shipping policy.
NFA items are non-refundable once ATF paperwork has been submitted. If a Form 4 transfer is denied, the buyer is responsible for arranging an alternate transfer or disposition.
We are not responsible for ATF processing times or approval decisions. See NFA services.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an item has shipped the return policy applies. Custom builds and NFA manufacturing cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Agency purchase orders
Law enforcement quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to change after that period. Departments may purchase by purchase order with Net 30 invoicing. Contact [email protected] for department pricing, procurement and contract enquiries, or use the quote request form.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be completed in compliance with federal, state or local law, and we do not ship to jurisdictions where an item is restricted. You are responsible for knowing your local law.
Ironcrest-manufactured products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship — contact us directly. Warranty claims on third-party products go to the original manufacturer.
Once an item is handed to the carrier, risk of damage is the buyer's. We assist with carrier claims. If a firearm is lost or stolen in transit, report it to us immediately so we can file the required ATF report.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Online inventory is updated regularly but does not guarantee availability; if an item is out of stock after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative.
