Drop-off | Pickup | Consultation | FFL transfer receipt. We operate from an industrial facility and do not accept walk-in traffic. Pick a service to see availability and book a time — you will get a confirmation and a reminder by email.
Drop-offs, pickups and FFL transfer receipts are by appointment only. Unscheduled arrivals cannot be accommodated. Consultations are remote, by phone or video.

Drop-off only — we do not accept shipped unserialized firearms. The person who drops a privately made firearm off is the person who must pick it up.

Government-issued photo ID for every in-person service, plus any relevant paperwork — a Form 1 copy, an approval letter, or your order number.
Prior arrangement is required before any inbound shipment — see general services and the shipping policy. Drop-off only for unserialized firearms.
