Manufacturing and capabilities
This is a working manufacturing facility, not a storefront that resells inventory. We produce firearms, NFA items and serialized components in-house on our own equipment, and every item is engraved, recorded and transferred under federal and Virginia law.

All ATF-required markings are engraved to a minimum depth of .003" and a character height of 1/16", per 27 CFR 478.92 and 479.102.
Our lab deep-soaks several firearms at once — built for an agency visit where a fleet of duty weapons is serviced in one appointment, not a one-gun-at-a-time cleaning station. Field strip through full disassembly, solvent soak, lubrication and function check, with written condition notes on request.
Testing and validation
Every firearm we manufacture and every weapon we return to an agency is function-tested before delivery. We use outdoor range access for live-fire function verification, zero confirmation and post-build validation.
This is not an optional step. No rifle or NFA item leaves the facility without a confirmed function check.
We maintain torch cutting equipment — the ATF-accepted method for rendering a firearm permanently inoperable. Cuts are applied to the receiver, barrel and other critical components.
Every destruction is video-recorded, logged in the A&D bound book and issued a Certificate of Destruction. See destruction services.
Every serial we apply — manufactured, serialized or NFA — is entered in our Acquisition and Disposition bound book at manufacture. House prefix, hyphen, five sequential digits, no exceptions.
